I don't know where to start. My Norma was a very special human being. Having lost my grandparents at a very young age, she was the grandmother I never had. From the moment my family and I moved to Lantern Lane in Methuen, she was always there for me. Whenever I was feeling down or coming home on my breaks from college, she was footsteps away. I truly cherished time spent with her and Donald. I probably would not have chosen my career if not for Norma and Donald. Our trips to the Bedford VA were unique and always filled with advice and a reassuring voice. She had a heart of gold, from gifting me my first car, to ensuring to keep a watchful eye on my parents once I moved out. I am very lucky for Brandon to have met her and had a relationship with her. Both he and I miss you terribly. I hope you and Donald are walking the beach and enjoying the view. God bless you and your family, until we meet again, I love you.

I was saddened to hear of the passing of my friend and fellow supervisor. Norma and I
worked second shift for several years. She was my mentor and friend. She was a good-
hearted person who always had time for anyone. She was firm when she needed to be and very understanding. After she retired she spent some of her time at the Nevins Library. I would see her there and, at times, we would sit on the bench and just talk
about the "old days" on second shift. Rest in peace my friend.

I cannot even begin to understand what you’re going through right now, but I would like to offer my prayers and condolences. I am truly sorry to hear about your loss. Your mother was a great woman and she will be truly missed and will always be remembered.
After the tears have dried and the goodbyes have been said, all we have is happy memories that we’ve shared with our loved ones. The loss of someone dear to us is never easy, A mother is the most expensive being on earth. No one and nothing can fill the void created by the loss of a mother. You Karen, where the best daughter she could have ever asked for. Being there for her whenever she needed you especially for all the baking for her and church. Norma was my very best friend. We talked about everything and anything. She traveled with me when I went out to speak.. she was just the very best person. We had many good times together and I have dearly missed her since we moved away from Methuen. The last time I visited her, she was so very happy to see me as was I to see her. She lived her dash from beginning to end. I will always miss you Norma!
