I met Ida when I moved to Brightview Wakefield and learning that Lynda, a long time aide and friend of Ida's, was a former neighbor and friend of my sister. We called Ida Ms Sparkle due to fabulous outfits, jewelry, slippers and most of all her personality. I hope that our outstanding performance at the Brightview Sock Hop a month ago (thanks to Brian Patton's skillfull wheel chair jive) was a comfort, although hardly a pale reflection of her past performances.
