Dear family of Cheryl,
We are so sorry! This has been on our minds for ages. We wish we had known at the time of Cheryl’s passing, as we certainly would’ve been at her funeral. We had been trying to reach her for some time, not knowing that she was in a nursing home. We feel terrible. We have very fond memories of traveling with Cheryl and our mutual friend Jan, and also all of the wonderful Christmas parties at the family home in Dracut with Doris.
She loved you all so much. And we are so truly sorry for your loss.

Met Cheryl at BBN in 1987, she was kind of a mentor for me. Only marketing person in that whole division with 150 engineers running around driving her crazy. A road warrior joining her on multiple trade show expeditions, she was like the den mother for wayward software engineers. Kept in contact through the years, engaged with her at FIRST. She was lovely. Gone too soon.

So many memories and good times since we met all those years ago in college! From our first job together to our travel adventures, and Cheryl’s annual family Christmas party, where she was the consummate host and cousin Neil was the life of the party. Cheryl was a generous, kind friend through the years who was always there for me and is gone too soon.

I remember Cheryl when her mom was at Prescott nursing home when my mom was there, we looked out for each other's moms when we visited. My mom and Dora became friends. Cheryl was a very caring daughter and her mom was her top priority she will be missed, so sorry for your loss

Cheryl and I became friends when I went to help her move out of Dracut to her place in Methuen. We had lots of laughs, conversations, memories of her in different jobs, her Mom and Dad's, her Aunt Pat's, which I worked for 23 yrs. Very kind hearted and loved her family. Sending our condolences to her family for a great loss. May she Rest In Peace.

Cheryl was a beautiful soul and one of the kindest people I've ever known. She had a wonderful sense of humour and loved to laugh, and never took herself too seriously. She was also incredibly smart and visionary, always able to see beyond the here and now -- dedicated to youth through STEM and to technologies with the promise to make our lives better. I loved working with Cheryl in the 1990s at Brodeur in Boston, and she generously made me and my family always welcome at her home and even to join extended family Christmas celebrations. There will always be a special place in my heart for her.
