I am sorry for this late posting Bill and Kate. I just heard about your dad, he was exactly twenty years my senior, and between the Dailey and Kennedy families, I was always hearing about his studies and work at Merrimack College. He was the "last of that generation" that I had the pleasure of knowing, and it makes me sad to not have John, Margy, Frannie, Charlie, Joan, Teresa, Billy, Mary and now your dad around to learn from. My prayers and condolences to Bill's family. He was my physics professor at Merrimack College. He cared so much for his students, had an excellent way of providing clear explanations, and really helped us through a difficult course. A few years later, when I joined the faculty, Bill was a friendly colleague, a gentle man, and a good person. He must have been a blessing to his family and friends. So sorry to hear of Bills passing. He was a fantastic neighbor. I will miss our talks when I would walk my dog by- he loved all the neighborhood dogs. He lovingly called my Dougie- Dodger. I would never correct him because the two had such a mutual admiration for each other. “Dodger” always giving Bill a great big wheaten Greetin’ every time he saw him. Sending lots of hugs to the family.❤️🐾❤️

Sending my love to all of you. I always enjoyed seeing Mr. Kennedy during those many hours he shuttled Kate and I around as teenagers. To say he always had a huge smile and twinkle in his eye was an understatement. The warmest, kindest and friendliest man I ever did meet.
