My deepest sympathy for the loss of Dr. Tom Sr.
I share condolences with my late Dad, Joseph LaRosa, for without the medical caring of Dr. Tom it would be impossible for my dad to walk around.
It is through him that I myself rendered Dr. Tom's Sr. services....He always met us with a smile and a twinkle in his eye.....giving us professional and knowledgeable help....we are forever grateful for Dr.Tom Sr. May He Rest in glorious peace at the feet of the angels

Our deepest condolences to the Perrault family.
I have a heavy heart after reading of his passing.
He was a special doctor who really connected with his patients. He has left a legacy to be remembered by all who knew him. He was our friend, not just our chiropractor. That was Dr. Tom.
He surely will be missed by all who knew him.
I remember when he became a grandfather, that he told me he wanted to be called “Grandfather “
God bless Tom Perrault.
The chiropractor society has lost a special person
I am so sorry to hear of Dr. P.'s passing. I will always remember his sense of humor. He once had a microwave oven delivered to the office in the name of a former associate, saying that it was a gift from the doctor. Mrs. Mercer did not want to buy one for the office and wasn't fooled by Dr. P.'s attempt to get one. It was amusing to see him laugh and say, "Look what Dr......sent us!" He couldn't keep a straight face.
Sandra, Our sincere condolences to you and your family on your loss. Tom was a highly respected member of the community and the chiropractic community. I am sure you have wonderful memories to help you through this time. May he Rest In Peace.

I am so very sorry to hear this sad news. The Weir/Seldon family sends their love and prayers to the whole family. My dad would always share great stories of his time at MCS and he admired Dr. Perrault so much- we all did!
I sincerely send my condolences to his wife Sandra, my son Joshua, the Perrault family, the Perrault Chiropractic office, colleagues & friends. Tom was a true trailblazer along with his chiropractic colleagues for Chiropractic care and the legislation being passed. He was a long standing community icon and will be sadly missed by many. RIP Tom, Sr. Prayers to the family grieving the loss.
