I remember your dad from way back when my brother, Paul Routhier was his newspaper boy in the late 60's early 70's on Bowdoin St in South Lawrence. Enjoy the many memories you have that he graced this world.

I always enjoyed seeing Mr. McCarthy's son and good friend, Dennis bringing him to all the Central Basketball games. He always had a big smile on his face. He was also at the Lazarus House Red Sox raffle drawing each year. Dennis was so good about including him as much as possible in community events. He will be missed.He always remembered my name too!

Dennis, I remember the happiness once again on my Mom's face after meeting your Dad. After my Dad passed my Mom was lost and didn't know what to do until meeting Tom.
They married and had several wonderful years together before her passing. Your Dad was a good man.
