Shirley Ann Robichaud's Obituary
Shirley Ann (Coelho) Robichaud, 86 of Methuen, MA, passed away on Sunday, August 06, 2023, surrounded by her family. She was the beloved wife of the late Ferdinand “Fred” Robichaud.
Shirley was born in Lawrence on March 26, 1937. She was the daughter of the late Annacleto and Eva (Pelletier) Coelho. Shirley was an excellent card player. She was also a lover of puzzles and music. She was also an Elvis Presley fan. Her greatest joy, however, came from her family.
Shirley will be deeply missed by her 4 children, Diane Desell and her husband, John, Jr. of Amesbury, Shirley Foster and her husband, Stephen, of Salem, NH, Raymond Robichaud of Salem, NH, and Lisa Long and her husband, John, of Somersworth, NH; 9 grandchildren, Taryn, Jessica, Jonathan, Alexus, Chelsea, Sabrina, Jordan, Cole, and Austin; 8 great grandchildren, Imogene, Marc, Andrew, Imari, Genevah, Brennon, Mila, and Rayce; and several nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will honor and celebrate Shirley’s life by gathering for her calling hours on Saturday, August 12, 2023 from 10 AM to 12 PM at the Kenneth H. Pollard Funeral Home, 233 Lawrence Street, Methuen. Her funeral service will take place on Saturday at 12 PM at the funeral home. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family
The family has requested, in Shirley’s honor, memorial contributions be made to St. Jude Research Hospital for Children, Office of Development, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
