Sandra T. Lucchesi's Obituary
Sandra T. Lucchesi, 82 of Lawrence, passed away on Thursday, November 30, 2023 at home. She was the beloved wife of Philip Lucchesi, to whom she was married for 62 years.
Sandy was born in Lawrence on June 8, 1941. She was the daughter of the late Gildo and Marie (Cerullo) Somma. She graduated from Lawrence High School. Sandy worked as a sales clerk for Russems, Fashion Bug, and finally Daher Shoe Store until her retirement. In her free time, she enjoyed reading, crocheting, doing word searches, and watching Family Feud.
Sandy will be deeply missed by her husband, Philip; 2 daughters, Debbie Lucchesi of Lawrence and Denise Marmion and her close friend, Romelio of Lawrence; her sister, Joyce Sheehan and her husband, William of Florida; 2 nieces, Cindy and Angel; and 2 dogs, Molly and Sammy.
Family and friends will honor and celebrate Sandy’s life by gathering for her calling hours from 10 AM – 12 PM on Saturday, December 9, 2023 at the Kenneth H. Pollard Funeral Home, 233 Lawrence Street, Methuen. Her funeral service will be celebrated at 12 PM on Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
