I have been fortunate to have Ronnie in my life since I was very young. His family was always his first priority and he always made me feel like I was a part of that too. I feel so fortunate to have had him in my life. I love you Brenda and all of the Rheaumes and am so sorry for this incredibly difficult loss. He will always be in my heart as my "Chuck"
I met Ron in my teen years. I took an instant liking to him. His folks were wonderful inviting me and others into their home. That was about the time the Beatles were first introduced to the USA. Ron's sense of humor kept me laughing. We wrenched on old cars together. Ron attended our wedding. He was the life of the reception. Dancing with all of the ladies. He built the front porch for Lynne and I as a gift. It was our first home. We deep sea fished in old boats and some that were not so old. He taught me plumbing and I worked one memorable summer as a helper for his wonderful Dad. I can still hear him yelling "nail, nail"! I think Frank put up with me because like him, my dad was from Quebec. Ron was amused by that relationship I had with his dad. I still think of Ron often. Recalling some of our antics together still brings me smiles and chuckles. My entire extended family still remembers him from our wedding, 48 years ago. God Bless you Ron. A great friend.
The first time I meet Ronnie I knew he was a great man. I enjoyed many a meals with him and I will miss that . He always knew the best seafood places! My deepest sympathy to Lillian and the whole family I am so sorry for your loss . R.I. P. RONNIE. You will be missed .
