Ronald E. Pearson's Obituary
Ronald E. Pearson, age 69, of Alton, NH, and formerly of Methuen, MA, loving husband, father, grandfather and friend, passed away peacefully, surrounded by the love of his family, March 2nd 2016 at Maine Medical Center, Portland Maine. He was the loving and caring husband to Pat Couture Pearson with whom he shared 16 wonderful years of marriage.
Ron was born in Melrose, MA and raised in Wakefield, MA by the late Ernest Pearson and Evelyn Fogg. He is a Veteran of the United States Navy where he was a helicopter radar specialist. Ron went on to have a long and successful career in the medical field, servicing and selling hematology equipment. He and two friends built their own successful business DASS. In 2012, he retired from Antek HealthWare, where he was an accomplished area sales manager selling laboratory equipment to private doctors? offices.
Ron was best known for was his jokes, smile, laughter and his carefree attitude. He enjoyed boating, camping, debating current events, playing with his RC boats & planes, and buying and driving around in his classic cars and trucks. But what he enjoyed most was spending time with his wife and his children, and watching his grandchildren grow.
Ron was predeceased by his wife, Diane Auger Pearson, and the beloved mother of his two children with whom he shared 26 years of marriage, until her death. He will be deeply missed by his daughter Stacie DeJoie and husband Chris of Hollis, NH and his son, Ryan Pearson and his wife Emily of Derry, NH; his stepson Jason Feugill and his wife Kim of Vassalboro, ME and stepdaughter Katie Hartford and Sean Hartford of Middleton, NH; his sisters Roberta ?Sunny? Welsh her husband Len of Middleton, MA, Andrea ?Poomps? Law and her husband Steve of Greenland, NH, and his brother Steve Pearson and his partner Cindy Funaiole of Pepperell, MA; his 9 grandchildren: Nicolas, Jaimee, Brianna, Lindsey, Jason, Riley, Sarah, Chanse and Olivia; one great-grandson, Ezra; several cousins and nieces, one nephew, many friends and his ?furry babies? Lincoln and Penny.
