Ronald J. Bunce's Obituary
Ronald J. Bunce, “Ron”, passed away on Wednesday, May 15, 2024, at Academy Manor Rehab and Nursing Home in Andover, MA.
Ron was born on February 25, 1946, the son of Daniel and June Bunce. He attended Tenney Memorial High School in Methuen and went on to work as a self-employed landscaper. His most happy place was fishing on the ocean and the Merrimack River in Methuen.
Also, the times spent with his late wife, Rita, strumming his guitar with Rita humming along brought happiness to his life, as well. He had a green thumb and loved growing his own vegetables and always tended a beautiful flower garden.
Besides his parents, Ron is survived by his sister, Maryjean and her husband, Brian David of Hudson, NH, niece, Heather Noecker of Nashua and nephew, Bryan Roy of Westford, MA. He was predeceased by his nephew, Brandyn Michael.
Ron was also a great uncle to his three little buddies Holly, Henry and Lydia.
Per Ron’s wishes, there will be no services as he wished to be cremated with his ashes strewn over the flower beds he so loved to nurture and grow.
