METHUEN ? Rita (Gaudreau) Fournier age 90 died Saturday February 10, 2007 at the Nevins Home and Rehabilitation Centre. Born and educated in Lawrence, and a lifelong resident,.. she attended Our Lady of Good Counsel Parish, St. Theresa?s Church in Methuen, MA, where she was a longtime member of the Third Order of Mary. She enjoyed sewing, playing bingo and caring for her grandchildren. The widow of Joseph C.A. Fournier, she leaves 2 daughters Julie and her husband Daniel Dumas and Denise and her husband Robert Heffernan, Sr. all of Lawrence, MA. 2 sons, Thomas and his wife Gail of Derry, NH and Mark and his wife Ruth of Pelham, NH. 3 sisters Doris Boutin and Rose Gaudreau of Methuen, MA ad Stella and her husband James Healy of Salem, NH. 1 brother Leo Goudreau of Nashua, NH. Rita was the loving Memere of Julie, Robert and Andrea Heffernan, Lynn and Greg Notenboom, Kenneth and Jessica Heffernan, Joseph and Michelle Fournier. Rita was also the loving Grande Memere to Nicholas, Ryan and Meghan. Several nieces and nephews. ARRANGEMENTS: In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the Nevins Centre 10 Ingalls Court Methuen, MA 01844. Family and friends may call on Monday from 4:00p.m. ? 8:00p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday at 11:00a.m. at Our Lady of Good Counsel Parish/St. Theresa?s Church in Methuen, MA. Burial will follow in the Sacred Heart Cemetery in Andover, MA.
