Richard J. Lemieux's Obituary
METHUEN ? Richard J. Lemieux 68 of Methuen passed away peacefully at his home on Tuesday November 6, 2007.
Richard was predeceased by his parents, Joseph and Blanche (Bourassa) Lemieux and his brother Robert J. Lemieux. He was educated in the Methuen School System, served in the Army National Guard and was a communicant at St. Francis Church in Dracut.
He was employed as an equipment manager for Brox Industires in Dracut for over 20 years, prior to that he was a self-employed truck driver and mechanic. He enjoyed playing cards, especially 45?s, horseshoes, boating, fishing, hunting and was a pilot. He also traveled throughout the United States including Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and Europe.
He is survived by his wife of 44 years Charlene (Cardoza) Lemieux of Methuen.
Sons Richard of Rutland, Vermont, Michael ad his wife Kim of Methuen, William and his wife Lisa of Salem, NH, David and his wife Donna of Methuen, Joseph and his wife Linda also of Methuen.
Daughter Susan Tsicouleas and her husband Steven of Standish, Maine.
8 grandchildren Laura, Elizabeth, Krista, Kerri, Steven, Jonathan, David and Nicole.
He is also survived by a sister Lucille Moynihan of Methuen as well as several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
ARRANGEMENTS: Memorials can be made to Hydrocephalus Association 870 Market Street Ste. 705 San Francisco, CA 94102. Family and friends may call on Friday from 4:00p.m. ? 8:00p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday at 9:00a.m. at St. Francis Church in Dracut. Burial will follow in the Elmwood Cemetery in Methuen, MA.
