Regina Bolduc's Obituary
Regina Bolduc passed away peacefully and in comfort on March 8, 2022 at Greystone Farms in Salem, NH. Born on January 17, 1937 in Lawrence, MA she was the daughter of the late Ludger and Blanche Bolduc. Regina attended St. Theresa Grade School, and graduated from St. Mary’ High School, Class of 1953. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Emmanuel College in 1957.
Regina was the devoted sister of Reverend John P. Bolduc, sm and often shared in his ministries with the Marist Fathers throughout the world. She is also survived by her “sister” Susan (Griffin) Wisnewski and her husband, Joe Wisnewski, both of Pelham, NH, and their children (her “little people”) Amy, Jill, and Jeffrey Wisnewski, as well as by her extended “family” the Griffins, Paul and Cathy Griffin of Methuen, Bill Griffin of Windham, NH, Diane Griffin of Methuen, and their children and grandchildren.
Her career spanned 4 decades, working at Avco, Honeywell, Computer Sciences Corporation, Compass (where she worked for 25 years), Digital Equipment, HP and Intel until her retirement in 2006. Following her retirement, she volunteered in the office at Lazarus House.
Regina loved to travel, sometimes to where her brother was assigned, and other times with him, family or friends for adventure. She was an avid skier and infused the love of that sport into Susan and her family.
She was devoted to her religion and volunteered her services at St. Theresa parish in Methuen and at St. Jude parish in Londonderry, NH.
Regina loved to entertain, hosting holidays for the Griffin family in her home, hosting her neighborhood book club and arranging regular lunches for her current and former co-workers and many dear friends.
Regina’s family is very grateful for and would like to acknowledge the loving care she received at Greystone Farms Assisted Living in Salem NH while convalescing from an injury.
Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend calling hours on Wednesday, March 16, 2022 from 3:00 PM until 7:00 PM at the Kenneth H. Pollard Funeral Home, 233 Lawrence Street, Methuen. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Thursday, March 17, 2022 at 10:00 AM at St. Theresa Church, 22 Plymouth St, Methuen. Private burial will follow at a later date in Sacred Heart Cemetery in Andover. In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy may be made in Regina’s memory to Lazarus House Ministries, P.O.
