Patricia Dolores (Walsh) Perry's Obituary

Pat, who was a generous and selfless soul, was a devout lifelong Catholic, living by the principles of her faith and her spirituality. She was a communicant for Saint Monica’s Parish for many years and was also a member of the Padre Pio Society. While the love of her life was home on military leave, they were married in 1952 at a simple ceremony at the Assumption Church followed by a reception at the Red Tavern. Pat worked for many years as an administrator. Her career path started with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, then Arbor Real Estate and finally with Pediatric Professionals Inc.
As the beloved matriarch of her family, she was affectionately known as “Edgy Nana” to her grandchildren. She enjoyed many of life’s simple pleasures; spending time with her family in Wells, ME, shopping and enjoying the company of her close circle of friends as well as a good cup of tea. Pat touched many lives and will fondly be loved, cherished, and missed.
Pat is survived by her two cherished sons; Neil P. Perry and William L. Perry & his partner John A. Hadley, all of Methuen. She was the proud grandmother to her four beloved grandchildren; Colin P. Perry and his wife Janelle of Everett, Kayla M. Perry, Matthew P. Perry and Sean M. Perry, all of Methuen. Pat is also survived by several nieces and nephews locally, as well as others in North Carolina and Ohio. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Billy M. Perry with who she celebrated over fifty years of marriage until his passing in January, 1996 and her son Steven P. Perry in 1983. Patricia was also predeceased by her three siblings; her sister Dorothy M. Ingalls, her sister Gertrude V. MacDougall, and her brother Leo E. Walsh.
