Patricia E. Devine's Obituary
Patricia E. Devine, age 73 of Methuen passed away on February 24, 2021. Patricia was born in Boston on July 8, 1947 to the late Lawrence and Katherine (Filling) Devine. She was a graduate of Girls High School of Boston Class of 1965, Massachusetts Bay Community College where she received her R.N. and UMASS Boston, Class of 1977 where she received her B.A. in Biology. Patricia was a devoted and talented R.N., where she practiced in many settings including home health care. She was very proud to receive her certification as an Ostomy nurse. She was a devoted member of Unity on the River Church of Amesbury, where she made many friends there. She was a lover of all animals, especially her two cats and four birds. In her spare time, Patricia enjoyed jewelry making, gardening, photography and spending time with her dear friends Stephanie and Victor Antunes and their children Elijah, Matthew, and Noah.
Patricia is survived by her brother Larry Devine and several nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her two older brothers.
Per Patricia’s request, all services are private. Donations in Patricia’s memory may be made to Friends of the Manchester Animal Society, 490 Dunbarton Rd. Manchester, NH 03102 or to Unity on the River Church, 58 Macy St. Amesbury, MA 01913. The Kenneth H. Pollard Funeral Home is honored to serve Patricia’s Family.
