Please know that Maurice made an impact in my life. He will be remembered as a kind, loving soul with a great sense of humor. I will never forget the years spent playing and reliving broomball memories with him. He was a passionate player, coach and friend, especially if you tried to convince him why the Bruins were better than the Canadiens!
I miss those days and morn his loss. I look forward to the day when we can continue the Bruins, Canadiens debate. Until we meet again my friend, may God bless you and your family.
My fondest memories of Maurice when I was a little girl, sitting on his lap watching hockey. I cherished my favorite toy he ever gave me, a jack 'n box which always made us laugh.
