Mary B. Arsenault's Obituary
Mary Bernadette Arsenault, 92, of Methuen passed away Friday, July 5 at home surrounded by her family.
Born in Lawrence, December 18, 1926, she was the wife of the late Joseph (Leo) Arsenault
She is preceded in death by her granddaughter Jennifer.
She is survived by her son David Arsenault, son Dean and his wife Robin Arsenault from Methuen MA, her daughter Donna Arsenault from Richmond VA, daughter Debra and her husband Stephen Pedersen from Lake in the Hills IL. She was the sister of Grace Perocchi of Methuen. She is also survived by eight loving grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
Mary graduated from St. Mary High School in Lawrence. She went on to St. Johns Hospital in Lowell for her nursing training where she became an RN. Later she attended St. Anselm College where she received her Bachelor of Science Degree. She worked at Clover Hill Hospital in Lawrence until its closure and then worked at Bon Secours Hospital/Holy Family until her retirement.
She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She loved camping, gardening, knitting, hosting parties and spending time with her family.
Friends and guests are invited to call on Tuesday, July 16, 2019 from 9:00 AM until 10:30 AM at the Kenneth H. Pollard Funeral Home, 233 Lawrence St. Methuen. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, July 16, 2019 at 11:00 AM at St. Monica’s Parish of Methuen, 212 Lawrence St. Methuen. Interment to follow at Immaculate Conception Cemetery of Methuen. Memorial Contributions in Mary’s Memory may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl. Memphis, TN 38105.
