Marie (Walsh) Beausoleil's Obituary
Marie Beausoleil (Walsh) of Haverhill passed away on December 2 at the age of 67. She was the beloved wife of her husband of 41 years, Gerard (Gerry) Beausoleil, and the daughter of the late William and Marie (Cookson) Walsh. In addition to Gerry, she leaves sister Nancy Bethel and her husband Richard of Peabody, MA; brother Michael Walsh and his wife Margaret of Andover, MA; sister-in-law Susan Walsh of Perry, ME; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her brother William Walsh of Perry, ME. She also leaves her close friend Ann Petty who sent many get well cards and pictures of her granddaughter and lovely garden that uplifted Marie’s spirits and made her smile many times during her illness.
Marie was a graduate of Merrimack College and the University of Massachusetts. She was a kind and caring person who enjoyed cooking and the arts, but most of all enjoyed spending time with her family and sharing stories and memories with her nieces and nephews. Her many artistic talents and genuine interest in others made every family gathering a special event. She was a devoted wife, sister, aunt and friend and will be deeply missed.
