Marianne Bennett, 79, of Methuen, MA, passed away on Friday July 26, 2024, after a very brief illness, at the High Pointe House in Haverhill, MA. Born in Lawrence, MA, she was the daughter of the late Milton and Mary (Couzelis) F Read Obituary
It's September 30, and I just heard that Marianne passed away, and I'm terribly sad. We grew up together and were friends from grammar school throughout high school. We had so much fun together, and mischief too! My deepest condolences to her family.

Such a sad loss for so many of us. Marianne was a kind, gentle woman at the same time she was so quick witted, especially in the presence of her sister, Athena and niece, Paula. Let’s not forget the commotion and laughter from all when the cumulative four dogs were around! That is how I got to know her while living next to Athena. It was absolute sheer joy to witness their sisterly bond, love and comfort for their family. Puzzles, stories, dogs and absolute unwavering support and devotion through terrible losses and health issues. Marianne and Athena were two peas in a pod in such a loving way. Marianne will surely be missed, my sympathies to all her family especially my dear friend, Athena.
