Marguerite "Margot" Dubois' Obituary
Marguerite “Margot” (Larocque) Dubois, 83, of Lawrence, MA, earned her angel wings on January 20, 2023 and has been reunited with her husband, Andre Dubois.
Margot was born on March 17, 1939 in Plessisville, Quebec, Canada, the daughter of the late Alphonse and Maria (Lapointe) Larocque. She was raised in Canada before moving with her family and her future husband to Lawrence, MA in 1957. She worked many jobs but her love for taking care of children was her true passion. Margot will forever be remembered as a loving mother, sister, aunt and Memere. Her family was her most cherished gift and anyone who knew and loved her should forever know she loved and cared for us all deeply. She enjoyed attending mass, reading, and playing cards with family and friends.
Margot is survived by her daughter/dedicated, loving caregiver, Linda (Dubois) Major, her husband, Brian, and their daughters, Jessica (fiancé Devon) and Veronique; her son, Mark Dubois (fiancée Rebecca), and his daughters, Dominique and Isabella. She is also survived by her siblings, Jules (Marcelle) Larocque, Paula Goudin, and Andy (Rosalie) Larocque, as well as many nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
Family and friends will honor and celebrate Margot’s life by gathering for her calling hours on Saturday, January 28, 2023 from 9 – 11 AM at the Kenneth H.
