M.Patricia "Pat" (Sullivan) Murdock's Obituary
M. Patricia "Pat" Murdock, 86, of Methuen, MA, passed away on February 13, 2024, at High Pointe House in Haverhill, MA after a short battle with pancreatic cancer, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on May 13, 1937, in Lawrence, MA, to the late Francis and Anna (Markey) Sullivan. Pat was a devoted and family-oriented individual, always putting her loved ones first.
Pat is survived by her four children: Jeffrey Murdock and wife, Debbie of Crystal Lake, IL; Patti Wendt and husband, Michael of Haverhill, MA; Robert Murdock of North Andover, MA; and Ellen Kuchar and husband, Erick of Salisbury, MA. She was a cherished grandmother to 13 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
She is also survived by her sisters-in-law Dolores Sullivan, Mary-Jean Stabile, and Kathleen Plouffe.
Pat was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Murdock, as well as her sister, Jane Heggarty; and brother, Francis Sullivan.
Relatives and friends are kindly invited to call on Friday February 16, 2024, from 5 pm to 9 pm, at Kenneth H. Pollard Funeral Home, 233 Lawrence St., Methuen, MA. Her Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday February 17, at 10 am in St. Michael Parish, 196 Main St., North Andover, MA.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Pat’s honor, to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
