Lucile "Lulu" (Condurelli) Messinio's Obituary
Lucile “Lulu” (Condurelli) Messineo, 84, longtime resident of Methuen, passed away peacefully on September 19, 2020 at the Cedarview Nursing and Rehab Center in Methuen. She was born in Lawrence on May 7, 1936, to the late Baldo and Rita (Hatem) Condurelli, and attended Lawrence Schools. Lulu, as she was affectionately known to family and friends, worked for many years as an assembler at Raytheon until her retirement. As a fiercely independent woman, she enjoyed the many simple pleasures in life; her beloved cat “Sweet Pea”, spending time with family, dining out and enjoying the sun at Salisbury Beach. Lulu touched many lives in many different circles and will fondly be loved, cherished and missed by all.
Lulu is survived by her two beloved sisters; Virginia Guerrera of Salem, NH, and Rita Bonacorsi and her husband Tom of Delray Beach, FL. She is also survived by several generations of loving nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Lulu was preceded in death by her sister Christine Mahoney and her longtime companion Richard LeSage.
