Aunt Greta was the best. She was a beautiful person inside as well as outside. Loved going to Woburn and seeing everyone while we were growing up.

I still can't believe this is real. She was such a light at camp. I can still remember her Labor Day party that was Halloween themed. Adam had decided to rent a Twitty Bird costume for this party. He even created a sign that read "I have a big beak of McPeek." I dropped Adam off at the cut through to the field from the out road as I drove around to the party. I told Greta that Adam wasn't feeling well and was resting in our trailer. She was so disappointed he hadn't made it to the party.
Then you see this figure coming across the field....it took a minute for people to figure out it was a person. Greta turned around to "Twitty" coming through her orange fence. She was so excited. Then we had "Twitty" take off the head and it was Adam. She was so happy to see him. And absolutely loved that he dressed up as Twitty. Her absolute favorite character.

Rip Gretta I will always remember the laughs we shared together you were always a special lady to me.I love you always
I never knew your mom that well, Michelle. I do know she was a caretaker for my grandmother, Mabel McWhinnie. A job she did so well. She was very loving and caring. I am so very sorry for your loss. It's never easy to lose the woman who gave you life. Your family is in my prayers and our sincere condolences.
I didn't get to meet my sister Loretta till later in life. I am so very very glad I did. I loved her laugh, her kindness and especially her letters. I miss her; will think of her everyday. Pretty sure she is raising a toast to all up there, saying here I am. Love you Loretta.
