Lee has been such a good neighbor and will surely be missed. For many years he would be seen walking to the store or senior center in all kinds of weather. Always helpful and friendly, I always got a kick out of him shoveling snow and working in the yard doing work one would expect was better suited to the younger folks. I especially got a kick out of him taking out the tree stump that had completely grown into the chain-link fence between our yards, with my husband helping. What a job! And there were the “two old men” tackling it and getting it done! I’m thankful to have known him and thankful for the family he leaves. Praying for their comfort and hoping we can return the kindnesses shown to us through the years.
