Kevin M. McIntire's Obituary
Lutz, FL – Kevin M. McIntire, 47 of Lutz, FL, passed away on Saturday, June 26, 2021 in Evans, Georgia.
Born in Methuen on July 19, 1973, Kevin was the son of Kenneth H. and Gloria R. (Houle) McIntire of Sandown, NH. He graduated from Methuen High School, Class of 1992. He then attended Northern Essex Community College in Haverhill. Kevin worked as a claims adjuster with the Progressive Insurance Company in Tampa, FL for 15 years.
Kevin was an avid (some would say rabid) New England sports fan. He enjoyed running (including marathons), fishing, and playing basketball, baseball, tennis, and golf. He was a huge Jimmy Buffet and Bob Marley fan. He was also very proud of his Irish heritage.
Kevin will be deeply missed by his wife, Sheri Mondell Smith McIntire; his parents, Kenneth and Gloria McIntire; his daughter, Alexandra McIntire of Riverview, FL; and his former wife, Myle McIntire of Riverview, FL; his brother, Malcolm Fulford and his wife, Roberta, of Sandown, NH; his 5 nieces and nephews, Sara Petruzzelli, Shane Fulford, Joseph Parisi, Caitlyn Nguyen, Bella Allain; and his great nephew, Yano Petruzzelli.
Family and friends will honor and celebrate Kevin’s life by gathering for his calling hours on Monday, July 5, 2021 from 3 – 6 PM at the Kenneth H. Pollard Funeral Home, 233 Lawrence Street, Methuen. His funeral service will take place at 6PM on Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
