Kathleen E. O'Neill's Obituary
Kathleen E. (Adamson) O’Neill, age 75 of Methuen passed away peacefully on October 7, 2021 at Bridges by EPOCH at Andover. She was the beloved wife of the late John Francis O’Neill.
Kathleen was born in Methuen on September 11, 1946 to the late Frank and Arlene (Frey) Adamson. She was a graduate of Tenney High School, Class of 1964. She worked as an administrator with Daigle Engineering until her retirement. Kathleen will be remembered as a very loving, generous and thoughtful person who always put her family first. She and her late husband, John, were married at St. Monica’s parish in 1968. Kathleen enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, her labradoodles, Molly and Soleil, and spending time boating on Newfound Lake.
Kathleen will be deeply missed by her 2 sons, Kevin O’Neill of Alpharetta, GA and Frank O’Neill of New Market, NH; 2 grandchildren, Jocee and Shannon; her sister, Carolyn Daigle, of Methuen; and her nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will honor and celebrate Kathleen’s and her husband, John’s, life by gathering for their calling hours on Thursday, October 14, 2021 from 9 AM – 10 AM at the Kenneth H. Pollard Funeral Home, 233 Lawrence St. Methuen. Their funeral service will be held immediately following calling hours, beginning at 10 AM. Interment to follow at Elmwood Cemetery in Methuen.
