Joseph "Lee" Poulin's Obituary
Joseph “Lee” Poulin, age 81 of Atkinson, NH passed away on February 10, 2021. Lee was born in Lawrence on January 3, 1940 to the late Antonio and Ida (Dumont) Poulin. He was self-employed as a carpenter who enjoyed working with his hands and took pride in his wood working. Lee built a porch by himself on his house to overlook Big Island Pond, where he enjoyed entertaining family and friends. He enjoyed golfing, fishing, rides on his pontoon boat and winters in Florida. Lee was a former member at Merrimack Valley Golf Club.
Lee was the beloved husband of Beverly (Campolini) Poulin, with whom he shared 51 years of marriage. He was the devoted father of J. Joseph Poulin and his wife Mary, and Lee Poulin and his wife Susan. Lee was the loving grandfather of Ryan, Garret, Chayse, and Chaunda. He was the dear brother of Kim Poulin, Gene Poulin, Larry Poulin, Yvette Herchenroder, Doris Harasen, Clare Lavoie, Marcie Martino, the late Jeanette Lombardo, and the late Irene Beaulieu. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Friends and guests are invited to call on Wednesday, February 17, 2021 from 12:00 Noon until 2:00 PM at the Kenneth H. Pollard Funeral Home, 233 Lawrence St. Methuen. A funeral service will be held immediately following the calling hours at the funeral home, beginning promptly at 2:00 PM. Due to the ongoing global pandemic and government regulations, facial coverings must be worn and social distancing must be observed to attend both the calling hours and funeral service.
