Joseph "Joe" J. Nicgorski's Obituary
Joseph “Joe” J. Nicgorski, 49, of Lawrence, MA, passed away on Thursday, September 14, 2023.
Joe was born in Lawrence, MA, the son of Denise (Berube) Mailloux and the late Albin Nicgorski. He was a graduate of Greater Lawrence Technical School, Class of 1991. As a youth Joe was a good baseball player and an excellent pitcher in the South Lawrence league. Unfortunately Joe's adult life was a struggle with mental illness, but in spite of this he was a kind spirit and loved his family very much. He will be greatly missed by all who loved him.
Joe will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his parents, Dan and Denise Mailloux, of Andover, sister, Christine Sheehan, and her husband, Jason of Nashua, NH, brothers, Keith Mailloux, and his wife, Regina of Derry, NH, Tim Mailloux, and his wife, Michelle, of Pembroke, MA, grandmother, Carolyn Berube of Derry, NH, memere, Isabelle Mailloux of Andover, MA and many dear uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
A graveside service for Joe will be held on Wednesday, September 20, 2023 at 11:30 am at the Elmwood Cemetery, 130 N. Lowell Street, Methuen, MA. Guests are kindly asked to meet directly at the cemetery.
