On behalf of the members, family, friends and veterans of the 8th Armored Division Association, the 'Thundering Herd' I wish to extend our sincere condolences to John's family & friends upon the loss of another gallant hero of WWII service in the 8th Armored Division. We send our deep sympathy and mourn his loss. He will always be remembered for his honorable service in our fight for freedom in the world.
May John rest in eternal peace and be greeted by his old comrades as he arrives at his heavenly reward.
