Joann "Auntie" Piazza, a beloved resident of Methuen, MA, passed away peacefully on June 30, 2025, at High Pointe House in Haverhill, MA, at the age of 75, following a brief series of illnesses. Known affectionately as Auntie or L Read Obituary
I still remember the big Piazza Family reunion that Joann put on, such a great time. Joann was great to my parents (her Aunt and Uncle), always keeping in touch with them.
Auntie Joann had very many other nieces and nephews that loved her very much. Francine MacDonald, Gordon MacDonald, Ricky Tucci, Tammy Dorion, Razzy Tucci, Patrick Tucci, James Barnes, Kelley Colton Barnes, Michael Barnes, Tricia Piazza, and John Piazza III. Predeceased by nieces Lisa MacDonald and Patti Tucci. And many more great nieces and great nephews.Many wonderful memories were holidays, vacations and Sunday dinners with Auntie, Nana and Grampie.
I’m so sorry for your loss of little Auntie. I worked with her for many years at Raytheon and now Red Hatting with her since she retired. She always was proud to be your little auntie as she regaled all the events she enjoyed with you all. She was a kind and beautiful soul. So glad I was able to be at Hospice along with Carroll and Sharron the night she went to become an angel. We sat with her listening to her “Hunk of Burning Love “ ELVIS. Rest in peace JoAnn.
