Jason Avery's Obituary
Jason C. Avery, 49, of Methuen, MA, passed away on Friday, August 2, 2024.
Born and raised in Methuen, MA, Jason was the son of Diane (Dowd) Avery and the late Ted Avery. Jason was a graduate of Methuen High School, Class of 1993, after which he began working fulltime. He worked as a warehouse selector for Shaw’s and then Market Basket for many years.
He was predeceased by his father, Ted Avery.
Jason will be sadly missed, but forever in the heart of his mother, Diane (Dowd) Avery and her partner, John Scribner of Methuen, MA, sisters, Jackie and Kelly, cousin, Donald Dowd and his wife, Robin of Salem, NH, aunt and godmother, Carol Margolien of Salem, NH, as well as many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
A celebration of Jason’s life will be held at a later date.
