Born in Methuen, MA, educated in Lawrence, MA. For many years he was employed as a supervisor with the LeSande Shoe Company in Haverhill, MA. He was an attendant of Corpus Christi Parish, Holy Rosary Church. He enjoyed golfing with his brothers, gardening and was an avid New York Yankees Fan.
The widower of Margaret J. (Larco) Perrotta.
He leaves 2 sons, James J. Perrotta, Jr. and his wife Joanne and Thomas J. Perrotta and his wife Sherri both of Methuen.
2 brothers Patrick Perrotta, Albert Perrotta and his wife Rose both of Methuen.
4 sisters in law, Emily Perrotta of Campbell, California, Ida Perrotta of Salem, NH, Michelina Perrotta of Windham, NH, Sally Uliano of Methuen.
4 grandchildren, Anthony Perrotta and his wife Stacia, Vincent Perrotta and his fiance Justine Rabeau, Jeremy Perrotta, Isabella Perrotta all of Methuen.
1 great-grandson Matthew Perrotta of Methuen.

Family and friends may call on Sunday from 2:00p.m. ? 4:00p.m. and 6:00p.m. ? 8:00p.m. at the Pollard Funeral Home, Inc., 233 Lawrence Street Methuen, MA 01844. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday at 10:00a.m. at Corpus Christi Parish/Holy Rosary Church in Lawrence, MA. Burial will follow in the Immaculate Conception Cemetery also in Lawrence, MA.
