I enjoyed Herbie's company at the Manchester Country Club for many years. While his golf game didn't qualify him into the Hall of Fame, I'm sure he is playing par golf in heaven. Herbie always had a smile and warm greeting to all. His love of family was very much evident as he glowingly expressed love for his sisters and their children.
To the Herb Smaha Family. While a member of the Executive Health Club in NH, Herb was one of the happiest, kindest and all around great guys to ever grace the halls of EHC. Herb ALWAYS had a kind word for everyone. He constantly and pleasantly sang to himself an was joy to be around. He is also a member of the greatest generation having served in WWII.
