Helga A. Pontbriand's Obituary
Windham, NH ? Helga A. (Naujoks) Pontbriand, 80 died Sunday December 16th at the Holy Family Hospital.
She was born in Elmherst, NY, the daughter of Hans and Anna (Gebauer) Naujoks. For many years Helga had been employed as a Sales Associate at Marlins Dist. of Methuen prior to her retirement.
She was very fond of animals, (especially cats), and during the summer months also enjoyed gardening, and the seashore searching for shells.
The widow of Arthur Pontbriand, Helga is survived by children; Joyce & her husband Bernard Provencher of Windham, NH, Jacqueline Evans and husband Dave of Indiana, and her son and daughter-in-law James & Laura Pontbriand of Port Charlotte, Florida, one sister Edna Charest of Methuen, and one brother Walter Naujoks, 8 grandchildren, 2 greatgrandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will take place on Thursday morning at 11 o?clock from the Kenneth H. Pollard Funeral Home, Inc. 233 Lawrence Street in Methuen.
Friends may call on Wednesday from 4-7 P.M. at the funeral home.
