I met Gudrun when I went to Germany to be with my new Husband Barry Shultz who got sent to Germany in 1968. He was a member of the Army, stationed in Treysa, Germany. Ted was dating Gudrun at the time. As young couples, we enjoyed each other's company and often went out to eat and to our favorite night spot to dance. Gudrun showed me many German traditions, and we often went to her Mom's house to visit Gudrun and Ted, since they lived with her. We had fun and we were there when they brought baby Carolyn home from the Hospital. God Bless you Gudrun, hope you met Barry up there and my only son Brian who I last in 2018. Sounds like you had a good life. R.I.P.

Gudrun was a very special lady and will never be forgotten. She did a lot for my family and I will always appreciate that. We have great memories of dinners at the Hays and especially of our cruise vacation!! Teddy, Carolyn and Eric, be strong and forever hold her love for you all in your hearts!
