Francis A. Foderaro's Obituary
Francis A. Foderaro, 93, passed away peacefully Sunday, July 16, 2023 at High Pointe Hospice House in Haverhill after a brief period of declining health. Frank was born in Lawrence, MA on January 16, 1930 to the late Vito and Raffaela (DeSimone) Foderaro.
He graduated from Central Catholic High School, Merrimack College, and Holy Cross College. After earning his master’s degree in chemistry, Frank married his wife Elaine (Bechard), settled in Methuen, MA and together they focused on raising a family.
Frank will be deeply missed by his 5 children; Vito Foderaro and his wife Melissa, Lisa Colbert and her husband Jim, Elaine DeHority, Frank Foderaro, and Matthew Foderaro; 6 grandchildren; Adam Marcello, Jacob Marcello, Anthony Foderaro, Jenna Foderaro and her husband James Beihl, Samuel DeHority and his wife Brooke, and Emily DeHority; and his one and only great grandchild Penelope DeHority. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, all of whom held a special place in his heart.
He is predeceased by his beloved and treasured wife, Elaine M. (Bechard) Foderaro; brothers, James, Henry and Vincenzo Foderaro; and sisters, Alice Privitera and Katherine Jesser.
The family would like to extend their sincere gratitude to the staff at Methuen Village Assisted Living for the exceptional care, attention and compassion shown during his stay.
