Emanuele F. Moscuzza's Obituary
Methuen – Emanuele F. Moscuzza, age 95, of Methuen, passed away on November 3, 2022. Manny was born in Lawrence to the late Francesco and Giuseppina Moscuzza. He attended Lawrence public schools, leaving high school during WWII to join the Navy, where he served on the USS Monrovia and in the reserves. After the Navy, he completed high school and attended Franklin Pierce Technical School. Manny was an auto mechanic before working for the New England Telephone Company for 32 years. During retirement, he worked part-time as a handy man. He attended St. Joseph's Church in Lawrence, enjoyed wood working, automotive repair, gardening, traveling and spending the winters in Florida.
Manny is survived by his wife of 63 years, Shirley (Saba) Moscuzza; sons, Frank Moscuzza and Michael Moscuzza; and sister, Connie Torrisi. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Friends and family are invited to call on Monday, November 14, 2022, from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m., at the Kenneth H. Pollard Funeral Home, 233 Lawrence St., Methuen. A Mass will take place on Monday, November 14, 2022, at 11:30 a.m., at St. Joseph Melkite Church, 241 Hampshire St., Lawrence.
