Elizabeth M. McAuliffe's Obituary
Elizabeth M. McAuliffe, 97 of North Andover, passed away on Friday, April 14, 2023 at the Prescott House in North Andover.
Elizabeth was born in Lawrence on October 12, 1925, the daughter of the late Patrick and Delia (Maher) McAuliffe. She graduated from St. Mary’s High School in 1943. She received her Associate’s Degree from the Bentley School of Accounting and Finance. She then received her Bachelor’s Degree and a Master of Business Administration from Northeastern University. She worked as a data processing manager at La Marquise Footwear of Lawrence until her retirement. Elizabeth was a former communicant of St. Augustine Parish in Andover and of St. Monica Parish in Methuen. She was on the Board of Directors for the YWCA of Lawrence and volunteered at the Lawrence History Center. She also enjoyed history.
Elizabeth is survived by her friend, Sue Brodeur, who helped and cared for her in the last 5 years of her life.
