Elena "Helen" C. Diodati's Obituary
Elena “Helen” C. (Santacroce) Diodati, age 96 of North Billerica and formerly of Methuen passed away peacefully on February 25, 2022 at Life Care Center of the Merrimack Valley. Helen was born in Lawrence on August 18, 1926 to the late Nicola and Mary (Tarquinio) Santacroce. She was a former secretary in the pharmacy department at both Lawrence General Hospital and the former Bon Secours Hospital. Helen was an avid reader. She was most happy spending time with her grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Helen was the beloved wife of the late Dominic Diodati. She was the devoted mother of Carol Ouellette and her husband Mickey, and the late Susan Daigle and her surviving husband David. Helen was the dear sister of William Santacroce, Harry Santacroce, the late Bernard Champy, the late Girldo Santacroce, the late Guido Santacroce, the late Archie Santacroce the late Joseph Santacroce, and the late Americo Santacroce. She was the cherished grandmother of 5 and great-grandmother of 8.
Friends and guests are invited to call on Wednesday, March 2, 2022 from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM at the Kenneth H. Pollard Funeral Home, 233 Lawrence St. Methuen. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home, immediately following calling hours beginning promptly at 11:00 AM. Interment to follow at Elmwood Cemetery.
