Dyan Louise Reeves' Obituary
Dyan L. Reeves, age 79, of Methuen, MA, formerly of Cambridge, MA, died with her loving family by her side on Monday, November 13, 2023, at High Point House in Haverhill, MA.
She was born in Somerville, MA on July 23, 1944, the daughter of the late Chester and Margaret (Connearney) Reeves. Survived by Kim & James O’Brien of Bradford, MA, John & Amy Varnerin of Stow, MA and the late Tracey Reeves of Charlotte, NC and Keri Reeves of Cambridge, MA. Nana to Brant & Julia O’Brien, Corbin & Rachel O’Brien, Ella Varnerin, Declan Varerin, Arron Miller, DeVante Reeves, Azhane (Reeves) Colon and Grandnan to 20 great grandchildren.
Dyan had been retired for many years. This gave her the opportunity to cruise on the Maiden Voyage of the Queen Mary II but that didn't surpass her quarterly trips to the casino to play bingo. Those who knew her enjoyed her sense of humor, and know she would always point out if you had the bigger slice of cake/pie or an extra scoop of ice cream. She was all things Tom Brady, but was truly upset when she found out Gronk had a long time girlfriend. As her disease progressed this year, she battled the squirrels and chipmunks over the bread she was leaving for the birds only. Dyan had a giant heart but most of all she did things in life her way.
