Doris R. Rosinski's Obituary
It is with great sadness that the Rosinski family announces that Doris "Doonie” Ruby Rosinski, age 90, died peacefully at 9:23 a.m. EST with her son-in-law, Brent Rosinski, at her bedside at home on Monday, February 20, 2023, in Lawrence, MA.
Born in Lawrence, Doris lived an amazing life, doting on family and friends. She loved going to St. Monica Parish in Methuen, MA, watching Perry Mason while eating veal cutlets, crocheting blankets for her children, and she had a great sense of humor.
Doris is survived by her son, Steve Rosinski, and his husband, Brent Rosinski; her daughter, Karen Livingston-Taylor, and her husband, Dick Taylor; her daughter, Christine Rosinski; her grandchildren, Kayla Livingston, Chad Livingston, and Ryan Livingston; and her great-grandson, Tommy Carey. Doris was predeceased by her husband, Joseph Rosinski, to whom she was married for 51 wonderful years; son, David Rosinski; and granddaughter, Marlena Rosinski.
O Lord, we call upon You in our time of sorrow, that You give us the strength and will to bear our heavy burdens, until we can again feel the warmth and love of Your divine compassion. Be mindful of us and have mercy on us while we struggle to comprehend life's hardships.
Keep us ever in Your watch, till we can walk again with light hearts and renewed spirits.
Relatives and guests are invited to call on Monday, February 27, 2023 from 8:30 AM until 10:00 AM at the Kenneth H. Pollard Funeral Home, 233 Lawrence Street in Methuen. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday, February 27, 2023, at 11:00 AM at St. Monica’s Parish, 212 Lawrence Street in Methuen.
