Donna Marie Ginchereau's Obituary
Donna Marie (Voisine), 76, of Salem, NH, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, at High Pointe House in Haverhill.
Born on April 5, 1949, in Lawrence, MA, she was the beloved daughter of the late Paul and Theresa (Fleury) Voisine. Donna grew up in a home rooted in tradition, love, and deep family bonds—values that would shape the nurturing, compassionate woman she became.
Donna dedicated her professional life to caring for others, working as a Personal Care Assistant at Holy Family Hospital in Methuen. However, her most cherished roles were those of wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and loyal friend. A woman of quiet grace and radiant warmth, Donna lived a life defined by love, resilience, and deep connections.
She found joy in simple pleasures—playing Bingo, visiting the casino, enjoying meals out, playing cards (especially 45’s), spending time at the beach, and visiting relatives. These moments, shared with those she loved, brought her the greatest happiness.
In addition to her parents, Donna was predeceased by her brother, Paul Voisine.
Donna’s legacy is one of unwavering devotion to family and friendship. Her home was always open, her heart always full, and her presence always comforting. Her absence leaves a profound void, but her memory will continue to guide and inspire all who were fortunate to know her.
She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
Donna leaves behind her devoted husband, Dennis Edmund Ginchereau of Salem, NH; loving children, Michele Sanzo and her husband, Ray Frederick of Salem, NH, Deborah Bealieu of Salem, NH, and Jeffrey Ginchereau and his wife, Christine of Methuen; proud grandmother of seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren, all of whom brought her immense joy. She also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, and extended family, each of whom held a special place in her heart.
Relatives and guests are invited to attend calling hours on Wednesday, September 17, 2025 from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM at the Kenneth H. Pollard Funeral Home, 233 Lawrence Street in Methuen. Immediately following calling hours, beginning promptly at 7:00 PM, there will be a funeral service held in funeral home chapel. The Kenneth H. Pollard Funeral Home is honored to serve the Ginchereau Family.
