Donald A. Bebo's Obituary
Donald A. Bebo, 86, of Haverhill passed away surrounded by his devoted family on October 9, 2017 at Holy Family Hospital in Haverhill.
Donald was born on February 21, 1931 to his hardworking parents Walter and Lillian (Wall) Bebo in Worcester, MA. Raised and educated in Millbury, MA he graduated with the Class of 1949. Shortly after graduating from high school, Donald felt the call of duty and enlisted in the U. S. Air Force serving proudly in the Korean War. After his discharge from the service, he married his sweetheart in Janice Raabe in 1958. Donald and his wife eventually settled in the Merrimac Valley where they raised their family. He believed in the value of a secondary education and attended Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Donald worked for many years as a technical writer for Raytheon until his retirement. He was an avid reader, enjoyed photography and was very mechanically inclined. He owned his own TV repair business for many years. Donald was a very generous and selfless man wo was truly devoted to his family. He touched many lives in many different circles and will fondly be remembered and missed.
Donald is survived by his two beloved daughters; Amy Roberge of Haverhill, MA and Lisa Bebo of Merrimac, MA. He was the proud grandfather to his four grandchildren; Kelly, Jennifer, Patrick and Ryan. Donald was also the cherished great-grandfather to his five great-grandchildren; River, Carissa, Jonathan, Logan and Griffin. He is also survived by his siblings; Barbara, Virginia, Priscilla and Paul and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Donald was preceded in death by his dearly beloved wife, Janice in 2003.
Friends and family are cordially invited to attend a graveside funeral service for Donald that will be held on Thursday, October 12, 2017 at 10 AM at Sacred Heart Cemetery, 80 Corbett Street, Andover, MA.
