Deborah S. Holland's Obituary
With profound sadness, we announce the death of Deborah S. Holland, age 52. Debbie passed away suddenly in her Methuen home early Thursday morning, January 6, 2022. She was a loving and devoted sister, aunt, and friend to all whose lives she touched.
Deborah Sharon Holland was born on January 18, 1969, in Methuen, Massachusetts. She graduated from Methuen High School and spent the last 32 years working for AIG.
Debbie was a loving, funny, outgoing, and vivacious soul. She was a free spirit who was fiercely loyal to her friends and family especially her four nephews, Bryan, Steven, Christopher, and Jack. She was a diehard Red Sox and Patriots fan with the Celtics not too far behind. She had a deep love of animals and was a compassionate soul who lit up a room when she entered. She had a big personality with an infectious laugh. The beach was her second home, especially the time she spent at Old Orchard Beach.
We will always remember her infectious smile, compassion, and caring personality. Her presence in our lives will be sorely missed.
Debbie is survived by her two sisters, Linda Pahigian and Lisa Henry; her four nephews, Bryan, Steven, Christopher, and Jack; her uncle and aunt, Timothy and Brenda Holland; and her cousins, Timothy Holland and Rhonda O’Neill.
Family and friends will honor and celebrate Debbie’s life by gathering for her calling hours on Monday, January 17, 2022 from 4-8 PM at the Kenneth H. Pollard Funeral Home, 233 Lawrence Street, Methuen. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a donation to the Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (MSPCA) at Nevins Farm, 400 Broadway, Methuen, MA 01844 or at https://www.mspca.org/adoption-centers/nevins-farm-adoption-center/. The Kenneth H. Pollard Funeral Home is honored to serve the Holland family.
