Charles R. Marshman's Obituary
Charles R. Marshman, age 60, a resident of Pelham, New Hampshire, passed away
peacefully on Tuesday, January 2, 2024 at his home surrounded by his family. He was
born on November 12, 1963, in Lawrence, Massachusetts, to the late Robert and
Patricia (Donnell) Marshman. Charlie’s life was a vibrant journey filled with laughter,
love, and a genuine appreciation for the simple pleasures.
Known to friends and family as “Charlie”, he embraced life with an enthusiasm that left an
indelible mark on those around him. His love for play and adventure was evident in his
favorite pastimes. He enjoyed the strategic game of pool, the thrill of a frisbee in the air,
the precision of a golf swing, and the excitement of exploring new places.
One of his greatest joys was travel, particularly his trips to South Carolina with family.
Those moments created lasting memories that will forever be cherished by his loved
ones.
Charles is survived by his beloved wife, Lynne (Morse) Marshman of Pelham, NH; his
daughter, Jacqueline Marshman of Londonderry, NH; stepdaughters, Lyndsey Rose of
Lynn and Samantha Rose of Lowell; siblings, Diana Rose and David Rose of Albany, NY, and Jeff
Marshman and his spouse, Cindy Hadfield of Ohio. Charlie also leaves behind his
adored eight grandchildren, who brought immeasurable joy to his life. In addition, he also leaves his best friend, EJ Gleason of Pelham, NH.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend calling hours on Monday, January
8, 2024, from 3:00 until 7:00 PM at the Kenneth H. Pollard Funeral Home, 233
Lawrence Street in Methuen. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday,
January 9, 2024 at 11:00 AM at St. Monica Parish, 212 Lawrence Street in Methuen.
