Carolyn Therese Wilson's Obituary
Carolyn Therese Wilson, age 90, of Sandown, NH passed away peacefully on May 14, 2018.
Carolyn was born February 6, 1928 in Lawrence, MA to her loving parents, Agnes and William Bluemel. She was a graduate of Lawrence High School. While working at Western Electric, she met and soon married her devoted husband of 58 years, Franklin Wilson. They lived in Salem, NH together for 29 years, then in Sandown, NH for over 25 years. She was a devout wife, mother and grandmother and a faithful member of Mary Queen of Peace Church in Salem, NH, then St. Anne’s in Hampstead, NH. She loved nothing more than being with her family and friends. She had a great sense of humor and was always the life of the party, making everyone laugh. We will never forget her quick wit, generous heart, patience, unwavering faith and deep love for her family.
Carolyn was a mother of three, grandmother of seven and great grandmother to two. Her life is celebrated by her husband Franklin Wilson of Sandown, NH, daughter Mary Lou and husband Robert Gaudette of Brentwood, NH, son Frank Wilson, Jr., wife Nanci Brown of Bedford, NH, and daughter Gini and husband Bill Jones of Merrimack, NH, grandchildren: Christopher Gallant, Robert Gaudette, Ashley Gallant, Joseph Gaudette, Andrew Gaudette, Jayden Wilson, and Molly Wilson, and great grandchildren, Aiden and Emma Gallant. She also leaves behind her Aunt and Uncle Virginia and Robert Leyland of North Andover, MA, her long time best friend, Barbara Brown of Atkinson, NH and many loved cousins, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents Agnes and William Bluemel, brothers William and Robert Bluemel and sister Mary Lou Bluemel.
Visitation for Carolyn will be held at the Kenneth H. Pollard Funeral Home, 233 Lawrence St., Methuen, MA on Thursday, May 17, 2018 from 4-8 PM. Her Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, May 18, 2018 at 9 AM at St. Monica's Church in Methuen, MA with burial to follow at Center Cemetery, Main St., Sandown, NH. Friends and Family are invited to attend.
