Carmen Lugo's Obituary
Carmen L. Lugo, age 87 of Methuen, went home to the Lord on December 10, 2020. Carmen was born in the Dominican Republic on February 17, 1933 to the late Juan and Louisa Lugo. Early in her life, Carmen worked three jobs to provide for her children and bring them to the United States. She was a woman of deep faith, which led her to do missionary work to preach the gospel. She enjoyed to cook, spend time with her family, travel, and study the bible.
Carmen was the devoted mother of Sandra Lugo, Gladys Lugo, Milargros Lugo, Pedro Lugo, Maritza Izzett and her husband Ken, Celeste Rafeal, Esmerelda Concepcion and her husband Santo, and Cristol Monegro and her fiancé Victor Rodriguez. She is also survived by 27 grandchildren, 38 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
Friends and guests are invited to join the family for a funeral service on Tuesday, December 15, 2020 at 10:00 AM at the Kenneth H. Pollard Funeral Home, 233 Lawrence St. Methuen. Interment to follow at Bellevue Cemetery of Lawrence. The Kenneth H. Pollard Funeral Home is honored to serve the Lugo Family.
