Berniece J. "Bunny" Pellerin's Obituary
Berniece J. “Bunny” Pellerin, 84 of Methuen, Massachusetts, passed away on Thursday, March 19, 2026, at Parkland Medical Center in Derry, New Hampshire. She was the devoted wife of the late Remy J. Pellerin.
Born in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on July 16, 1941, Bunny was the cherished daughter of the late Joseph and Bernice (Ashworth) Graham. A proud graduate of Searles High School, she dedicated more than twenty-five years of her professional life as a case worker with the Massachusetts Department of Transitional Assistance in Lawrence, where she assisted countless individuals and families with compassion and commitment until her well-deserved retirement.
Bunny found great joy in simple pleasures and shared activities. She delighted in playing BINGO, enjoying card games—particularly poker and 45’s—and embarking on outings to Mohegan Sun, and occasionally Foxwoods, where she enthusiastically played the slot machines. Her lively spirit and love of these pastimes brought laughter and connection to those around her.
She was predeceased by her beloved children, William Jordan and Pam O’Neil, whose memories she carried in her heart every day. Bunny will be profoundly missed and lovingly remembered by her cherished grandchildren, Kelsie and Erin O’Neil; her daughter-in-law, Laurie Daigle of Salem, New Hampshire; her son-in-law, Dan O’Neil of Epping, New Hampshire; Step Son, Edy Pellerin and his wife, Jen of Salisbury, MA. and many dear nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are invited to honor and celebrate Bunny’s life during calling hours from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Saturday, March 28, 2026, at Methuen Family Funeral Home, 233 Lawrence Street, Methuen, Massachusetts. A funeral service will follow at 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Burial will take place at a later date.
