Bernice "Bunny" Agnew's Obituary
Bernice “Bunny” Agnew, age 79 of Methuen, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on November 22, 2017. Bunny was born in Methuen on September 23, 1938 to the late Charles and Josephine (Jones) Kusnierski. She was a long time cafeteria worker for the Methuen Public Schools. Along with her husband, Bunny was a long time member of the Methuen Ranger Boosters. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, playing bingo, doing word puzzles, and summers at “Camp,” her lake house in Barrington, NH.
Bunny was the beloved wife of William Agnew with whom she shared 34 years of marriage. She was the devoted mother of Alicia Beaulieu and her husband Jim, along with Cynde Agnew. Bunny was the loving grandmother of Stephanie and Rebecca Beaulieu, and the dear sister to Chucky Kusnierski and his wife Linda, the late Elaine Kusnierski, and the late Chickie Aukstolis. She is also remembered by many nieces and nephews.
Friends and guests are invited to call on Tuesday, November 28, 2017 from 4:00PM until 8:00 PM at the Kenneth H. Pollard Funeral Home, 233 Lawrence St. Methuen. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at 9:00AM at St. Monica’s Parish of Methuen. Interment to follow at Elmwood Cemetery of Methuen.
